Community Radio

Stephen Rowley has set up three community radio stations. This involved everything from legal and funding, recruitment, production, training, presenting and wiring up the transmitter.

Comm FM community broadcasting project and studio. Artist in Residence British Empire and Commonwealth Museum. This station eventually evolved into BC FM

Stroud FM – project commissioned by the Stroud Fringe Festival. This short term RSL project ran for a couple of years before becoming established as full-time station.

Cam FM – Community project set up by Stroud Valleys Project and funded by Co-op.
